Superannuation Complaints Tribunal

Why engage Sheehan & Co. to represent you in a complaint to the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal?

The Superannuation Complaints Tribunal is an independent dispute resolution body established by the Commonwealth Government to deal with complaints relating to decisions and conduct of trustees, insurers and other decision-makers in regulated superannuation funds, life policy funds and retirement savings accounts.

If you are a person who has an interest in a deceased person's superannuation entitlements and you are unhappy with the decision made by the Trustee of the superannuation fun as to the manner in which the entitlements have been distributed, you may be entitled to make a complaint to the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal and seek review of the Trustee's decision in your favour.

We will advise you as to whether you are entitled to make a complaint and, if so, your prospects of successfully obtaining a review of the Trustee's decision in your favour.
